Pakistan ambassador: “Are you satisfied?”

Fauzia Mufti Abbas is Pakistan’s ambassador to Denmark. She suspects that the recent bombing of the Danish embassy, in which six people were killed, was indeed linked to the publication of a cartoon.

It isn’t just the people of Pakistan that feel they have been harassed by what your newspaper has begun, I’d like to know if your newspaper is satisfied with what it has done and what it has unleashed? Danes know that they have insulted people around the world by printing and reprinting the Mohammed cartoons, which were done in poor taste. Continue reading

It makes you scream

It makes you yawn

It makes you shiver

Hold on!

Wait, don’t say quit, yet.

From the depth of birth to the abyss of death

It’s a mysterious world.

Zarqavi’s Dead, Osama is on the run

Troops with metals are on the hunt

Playing with guns shootings demons

They are out on the stunt

Soon will be the peace prevail [Soon will the peace prevail]

Justice will reign

And oil will be pumped to fuel the world

Guns rattling, bombs exploding

A three years old hugging her mother’s bosom

Don’t worry my child; there’s demon outside

Children play with fairies, demons don’t disturb

The prophets roamed these deserts

Preached gospels, promised beatific vision

And eternal bliss

Lo these shortsighted seers and lunatics

Didn’t they know the economy of this word?

How much worth dollars have?

O you Brown, don’t you know

No you don’t know.

Alas, you will never know
